Engraving jewelry with your logo

Do you have a private label? Would you like to brand jewelry with your store or e-shop logo? Do you need corporate gifts for your business partners? We are happy to engrave purchased jewelry and help you stand out from the competition. We can engrave both silver and stainless steel jewelry, as long as the size of the piece allows it. Unfortunately, some pieces do not have a sufficient surface area for logo engraving, but these are very rare.

Engraving prices:

• Graphic logo preparation: €25/$30
• Text logo preparation: €6/$8
• Engraving: €0.5/$0.6 piece (100 pcs and more), €0.6/$0.7 piece (50–99 pcs), free of charge for jewelry orders over CZK 50,000

How does the jewelry engraving process work?

1. Select the products you wish to engrave with your own logo/text. In the order note, include your request for engraving and complete the order. If you also want to order products without engraving, we recommend placing a separate order for those items. Any volume discounts will be applied later. Orders for engraved jewelry must be paid in advance.
2. Send us the necessary details for engraving to info@sperkato.com. If you want to engrave a graphic logo, attach it to the email. For text logos, select one of the provided font types and specify the text. Since the engraved logo must be very small, it is not possible to engrave long texts. The recommended length is approx. 10 characters (suitable: “Novak”, unsuitable: “Novak Jewelry Store”).
3. We will review your materials and confirm whether the order is feasible. With confirmation, we will send you a price quote for the engraving and payment instructions.
4. After receiving payment, we will process the logo and send you a preview for approval.
5. Once the logo is approved, we will engrave one sample piece and send you a photo for final approval.
6. After approval of the sample, we will complete the full order and ship it to the address specified in your order.

Important information about engraving:

• Logos on jewelry are very small. Some people may not be able to read them without magnification. The size is comparable to a hallmark or maker’s/responsibility mark. If the jewelry size allows, we can engrave some pieces with a larger logo.
• If you order individual pieces, the placement of the logo will be determined by our staff at their discretion. Each piece has different possibilities, and it is not feasible to consult each item individually. Usually, engraving is placed on the back, inside a ring, or on a clasp. For series of jewelry in dozens of identical pieces, logo placement can be consulted based on the specifics of each piece (considering hallmark, assay, and maker’s/responsibility marks).
• Since these products are customized at the customer’s request, exchanges or returns are not possible.
